About Haymarket Pub & Brewery
Coming this summer to Chicago's West Loop neighborhood is brewer Pete Crowley's long anticipated brewery project, the Haymarket Pub and Brewery. Conveniently located at the southeast corner of Randolph and Halsted, Haymarket is actually situated in the exact location of the Haymarket Riot of 1886. Our restaurant will commemorate this important piece of Chicago's history.

September 01, 2010Hey, everyone! The excitement and anticipation grows, and we at Haymarket are truly grateful for everyone's interest. Whether by email or chance encounter, the question we are most often asked is "When are you going to open?" followed by a close second "Are you open?".
